I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mary on her induction into the Blues Hall of Fame. There will be a ceremony at B.L.U.E.S. on Halsted (B.L.U.E.S. on Halsted is also being inducted). The date is yet to be determined. Please check back later for date information. Mary has provided an invaluable resource to the Blues community over the last 4 years and is very deserving of this recognition. It's all about preserving the history and heritage of the Blues and keeping it alive.

Mary Hampton - Blues Hall of Fame Certificate

Mary Hampton was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame on November 12, 2010. She is the first (and at the time of this posting, the only) Blues Photographer to be inducted. You can check out the Blues Hall of Fame website at www.blueshalloffame.com.
